14-Day Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item

2. Return Authorization:

  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

3. Package Your Return:

  • Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. This process usually takes 3-5 business days.

6. Refund:

  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
