"Ikkanshi Tadatsuna" originated in Aritaguchi, Higashiyama in Kyoto about 300 years ago,
and it was established as Nagata Cutlery in Sakai in 1929. Since then, it has been favored
by not only by many long established Japanese restaurants, but also by numerous well-known leading Japanese chefs.
The itkitchenknife.com is maintained by HN Enterprise of Seattle, WA in the US. Its business is operated by V&V Logistics of Osaka, Japan. V&V Logistics is one of the only three authorized dealers of Ikkanshi Tadatsuna products by Nagata Hamono(Cutlery) in Sakai city, Osaka, Japan, and the only one that is authorized to market the products outside of Japan.
